  9. RELATED TO THIS SOFTWARE, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, 
  10. INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF 
  11. MERCHANTABILITY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

  32. brought only in a STATE or FEDERAL COURT of competent 
  33. jurisdiction located in King County, Washington. The 
  34. parties hereby consent to in personam jurisdiction of 
  35. said courts.
